Open Day in Walt's Garden

This SPRING the gates are open to the Heritage Garden for one special day in the beautiful Clare Valley when we have stalls and food and great music. Meander through the hundreds of roses, admire the full wisteria and let the Labyrinth take you. We have made a few changes to keep the garden more user friendly and develop it a bit more. Including a folly (if its finished) and a wildflower meadow. Come and see if you like the changes.

When: Sunday, 1st November from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Cost: $10 per person

Where: 12 McCord Lane, Gillentown SA with free parking available on site

What to Expect During Your Visit

Wander freely through our extensive garden. We recommend allowing at least two hours to fully experience the garden
Enjoy refreshments in the garden available for purchase from a variety of stalls including Cafe 1871 and Mitchell’s Wines
Meet fellow garden enthusiasts
Purchase a variety of plants and garden-related items from a variety of local stall holders
Live music thanks to Tamanisque
Wheelchair and walker access is available to most areas of the garden

Feel free to bring along a picnic of your own, find a spot and enjoy the day with your friends and family.

Unable to Visit for the Open Day?

If you are unable to visit for our Open Day please know you are welcome to visit between 10am and 4pm most days. Please just use the honesty box on the gate for your $10 entry.
